Why hasn't my order shipped? What is the shipping policy?

Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to list this information on the product pages. 

How do you process shipments? 

Aside from your order confirmation email - once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email that this has been shipped with tracking details. 

I purchased something that is listed as pre-order, what does that mean?  

An item with PREORDER in the description is either currently in production or not yet in production. We've made it available for purchase, and shipping will begin once the stock/inventory is available, with specific timelines provided on each product page. 

Do I have to pay for duties & taxes if I am international? 

We cover duties and taxes for all customers. :) 

My package arrived from China, I thought this was shipping from the US? 

Not to worry. Our main warehouse is located in China, which means that is where most of our stock is carried.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

How can I make a return? 

Returns can be made here in our returns portal. Once you’ve followed the prompts and submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your eligible item(s) back to us. 

What is eligible for a return/refund? 

Goods must be unwashed, unworn and in their original purchase condition with original tags attached; there should be no signs of tags being removed and re-attached.

How long do I have to return? 

We will accept a return within 30 days of purchase and provide you with a credit note or refund in accordance with this returns policy and terms

My product arrived to me damaged, what do I do? 

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged (“Deficient Product”), please notify us within 30 days at customerservice@birthofroyalchild.com with images and other details of the fault. If confirm that there is a fault, we will accept the return and provide you with an exchange, repair, credit note or refund. 

Please note: We reserve the right to decline a credit note, exchange or refund if the goods appear unacceptable as a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.

The 20k Diamond Jeans, Hoodies and all other diamond styles should be dry clean only.

Based on the nature and construction of our our 20k Diamond Collection, this should not be machine washed, hand-washed, bleached or tumble dry. We highly recommend taking this to a professional for cleaning. We are not responsible for worn/washed conditions outside of the advised. 

How do I care for my leather pieces? 

All leather styles should be dry clean only or taken to a leather specialist
